We understand life happens and sometimes unexpected events arise.  We kindly request changes to your appointment or cancellations be made with at least 48 hours notice.  All new color guests require a $50 deposit.   Larger appointments may require a deposit of 50%  the cost of the full appointment.  All deposits are applied to your appointment at the time of service. Deposits are refundable up to 48 hours before the appointment, at which point deposit will be forfeited if appointment is canceled or not shown up to.  Chakra Salon will call, text and send email reminders of your upcoming appointment, should we have all information on file and all information is correct. 

Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable.

We base our prices on an individual education level with the Chakra Salon career path.  We have the highest confidence in the abilities and the talent of all of our team members.  Prices vary based on level.

Chakra Salon enjoys our smaller guests and goes to every length to accommodate and care for your children. We ask that for the safety and relaxation of all that children be supervised by a responsible adult.

Our Team at Chakra Salon wants you to feel amazing about your service.  We hold our standards high to ensure excellent quality and the most relaxing experience a salon can offer.  If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, we welcome the opportunity to adjust your service to your satisfaction.  Please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment so that we may take care of you.
